Brian and Laurie Mahoney of Mahoney Custom Homes were building a spec house in Ensenada Shores development when we moved to Texas in June of 2006. We were so impressed with the construction and appearance of the house that we decided to make it our home.
With their guidance and expertise, we added a pool, cabana, breezeway and a boat garage. This additional work looked like it had been planned and built with the house from the beginning. Their hands-on work with the home owner made us feel comfortable and at ease during the building process.
We were very impressed with all of the subcontractors that work for Mahoney Custom Homes, Inc., and with the immediate attention given any needed follow-up work. If we build another home in this area, we would definitely choose Brian and Laurie Mahoney. |

One of Brian Mahoney’s best qualities is his honesty when a potential problem arises. Over the years since our home was finished, they remain committed in helping with any information we might need to maintain our home. Not many people can say they still remain good friends after the building process; however, we consider the Mahoney family in very high regard.

Laurie and Brian Mahoney walked me through every aspect of the custom home building process. They made creative plan suggestions, took my simple drawing and turned it into full scale plans and even provided information regarding financing options.

Brian and Laurie were very hands-on during the building process making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it, even down to the appliances. Laurie is very knowledgeable about fixtures, flooring, colors inside and out, etc. Brian knew exactly what we wanted and made sure things were running well with the subcontractors.
Building a house can be a nerve-racking experience. But Mahoney Custom Homes made the transition from old to new home complete. |
